May I return my purchase?

- We hope you enjoy your Calvin Ave items! Not happy with your purchase? I get it! Sometimes there are numerous reasons you might need an exchange. We accept exchanges only (no refunds at this time) within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition: unwashed, tagged, odor free, stain free and pet hair free! Sale items are considered final. Please include your packing slip that was in your original package. If you need to make an exchange, please contact us with your name & order number at calvinaveinfo@gmail.com! Don't worry about it, we'll take care of it for you!

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs! Due to inventory changing, we cannot guarantee that the item you purchased will be available at the time of the exchange. Once we receive your item for exchange and it has met the original condition requirements, we will arrange your shop credit or item exchange! We’ll take care of shipping costs back to you 😉 

EXTRA NOTES:

- Did you receive a damaged product? Ugh. That's the worst! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your product!

- We're not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address supplied by the sender! Please double check that your shipping information is correct! Customer will be responsible for redelivery costs.

Items that are damaged or have been used will not be accepted. Each item will be inspected upon arrival.
